Transfer Overview

On Tuesday, French club AS Saint-Étienne announced the acquisition of a new reinforcement: 19-year-old forward Adam Baalal. The talented Moroccan striker has signed a contract spanning until the end of the 2028–2029 season.

Baalal joined Saint-Étienne from Moroccan outfit Union Touarga during the winter transfer window. The transfer forms part of the club's strategy to inject young, dynamic players into their attacking line.

"We are delighted to welcome Adam to our club. He possesses great potential and aligns well with our ambitions for the coming seasons," stated a Saint-Étienne spokesperson.

With this addition, Saint-Étienne hopes not only to strengthen its current squad but also to invest for the long term. Baalal will need to prove himself in the competitive environment of Ligue 2, where Saint-Étienne is pushing for promotion.
